SENATOR-JUDGE FRANKLIN DRILON, MAKAPAL ANG MUKHA!

Sa ikatlong araw ng impeachment trial, si Senator-judge Franklin Drilon ang kapal-mukhang nagmayabang na siya raw ang nagsilbing susi para mapaamin ang Clerk of Court ng Korte Suprema na dala niya ang kopya ng Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth ni Chief Justice Renato Corona.

Dahil nagkakamal ng malaking pangakong pork barrel mula kay Pnoy Abnoy, si Drilon din ang nagpumilit para mapalabas ang pangalan ng Chief Justice sa mga titulo ng ari-arian ng kanyang anak.

Kaya naman, umani ng batikos si Sen. Frank M. Drilon (Foot and Mouth Disease sa Senado) mula sa iba’t ibang sector.

Hindi na nakapagpigil si dating Senador Kit Tatad na nanonood sa session hall, kaya habang naka-recess sinita niya si Drilon sa mistulang pagtulong nito sa prosekusyon.

Kuwento ni Tatad, “Sabi ko, ‘You’re doing a good job pero you’re beginning to sound like a member of the prosecution.’ The judge should not elicit information from the witness that the prosecution or the defense fail to elicit.”

Pero sinigawan pa umano siya ng senator-judge.

Sabi ni Tatad, “Ang sagot niya, ‘Why? what’s your problem? You disqualify me. You sit with them sa defense panel.’ I’m not here to be part of any panel.”

Ayaw nang pag-usapan ni Drilon ang isyu.

Sang-ayon kay Tatad ang constitutionalist na si Atty. Christian Monsod.

Importante raw na walang imahe ng pagkiling sa anumang panig ang senator-judges.

Paliwanag ni Monsod, “The judges should refrain from any move that can be interpreted as partiality. Maybe that’s not the intention of Senator Drilon, and he just wants to clarify things, but unfortunately for him, that is perceived as such.”

Ayon naman kay Senator Alan Cayetano, ginagawa nila ang lahat para mapalabas ang katotohanan.

Ngunit marami ang nagsasabi na fishing expedition lamang ang kanilang ginagawa.

Matapos ang unang linggo ng impeachment trial, mas tumindi pa ngayon ang hamon ngayon sa publiko na maging mapanuri, hindi lamang sa mga isyung lumalabas sa pagdinig kundi maging sa senator-judges na siyang huhusga sa mga ito.

 

TED FAILON, PINATAY ANG SARILING ASAWA!

MARAMI ang humahanga kay ABS-CBN radio/television newscaster Ted Failon (Mario Teodoro Etong) dahil sa mabait at mhusay umano itong broadcaster.

Ngunit natatandaan n’yo pa ba ang kasong pagpatay niya sa kanyang misis na si Trinidad “Trina” Etong?

Paano ba naman, kung wala siyang ginawang masama, bakit n’ya nilinis ang crime scene?

Nagmistulang hilong talilong ang mga pulis nang pasukin ang bahay ni Failon sa 27 General Aquino St., Tierra Pura Subd., Tandang Sora, Quezon City noong 2009.

Malinis ang lahat kaya umuusok ang ilong ng mga pulis dahil hindi nila malaman kung papaano sisimulan ang imbestigasyon.

Naging maluwag din umano ang pamilya Failon sa lahat ng mga kakilala nito na labas masok sa naturang bahay kung kaya hindi na preserba ang mga finger print na kailangan sa pag-imbestiga sa naturang bahay.

Maging ang Mitsubishi Pajero na ginamit ay malinis na kaya malabo nang makunan ng mga ebidensiya ng Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO).

Nakaabala sa mga pulis ang pagtanggi umano ni Failon sa sumama sa kanilang himpilan upang makunan ng statement.

Umabot kasi ng walong oras ang pagkumbinsi ni Supt. Franklin Mabanag, hepe ng QCPD Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (DICU) kay Failon na magtungo sa kanilang himpilan upang magpahayag ng salaysay.

May itinatago ba ang mamang ito?

Ilang taon na mula nang mangyari iyon ngunit sariwa pa rin ito sa gunita ng mga pulis na nag-imbestiga sa kaso.

Dakong 12:30 ng hatinggabi dumating si Failon kasama ang kanyang anak na panganay na si Kaye at tatlong bodyguards sakay ng kanyang kotseng Honda Civic sa QCPD-DICU headquarter sa Camp Karingal.

Naging closed door ang isinagawang pagbigay salayasay ni Failon sa tanggapan ni Supt. Gerardo Ratuita na ang tanging nakakapasok lamang ay ang kanyang mga piling-piling kasamahan sa trabaho at mga abogado habang katabi ang kanyang anak na si Kaye.

Inabot na ng umaga si Failon sa naturang himpilan bago siya nakalabas ng CIDU matapos makatulugan ni Ratuita ang pipirmahang sworn statement nito.

Kaya nang makalabas ito ay dali-daling nagtungo sa New Era General Hospital upang atupagin naman ang kanyang asawa na nakaratay sa Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Subalit hindi pa man nakararating si Failon sa kinaroroonan ng asa wang si Trina ay nagsiklab sa galit si SSupt. Elmo San Diego na pakiwari’y tinakasan sila nito.

Hindi daw po tumakas si Failon sa mga pulis dahil ang pakay niya ay pangasiwaan ang kalagayan ng kanyang asawa.

Naging masalimuot ang sitwasyon ni Failon dahil lahat ng kanyang mga kasambahay ay inaresto sa kasong Obstruction of Justice.

Nakalabas din naman agad ang mga ito.

Maging ang kanyang dalawang hipag ay isinama na rin sa mga akusado.

Ang masakit pa, habang todo bantay ang mga pulis sa Fiscal’s Office na babasahan ng kaso ang kanyang mga kasambahay at hipag ay nalagutan ng hininga ang asawang si Trina.

Lumabas sa paraffin test na negatibo sa powder burns si Trina.

Ibig bang sabihin ay binaril ito at hindi binaril?

Abot-abot na ang problema ni Failon sa kanyang asawa, kasambahay, hipag at sarili.

Umugong ang tunay na motibo ng kamatayan ni Mrs. Trinidad Etong dahil pinatay umano ito ni Failon.

Alam n’yo ba ba bukod sa unsolved case na ito ay may isa pa palang kasi si Failon na pangmamanyak sa isang guest relation officer na nabaon na lang sa limot?

PNOY’S TUWID NA DAAAN: THE BIGGEST JOKE EVER

Malacañang has urged Chief Justice Renato Corona to declare his SALn while refusing to investigate Justice Antonio Carpio’s 40-M penthouse in Makati City.

If non-disclosure of SALn is an impeachable offense, then many justices from Supreme Court will have to disclose their SALn as well.

Almost all of those 188 congressmen who signed the impeachment are guilty of the same offense.

Lead prosecutor Neil Tupas, Jr. failed to disclose his SALn yet having the nerve to demand for the SALn of the chief magistrate.

Tupas Sr. has a graft and corruption case before the Office of the Ombudsman and his son hiding his assets for people to scrutinize.

Palace is so vocal about their support to disclose SALn of public officials, if that is the case, many government workers are guilty of this act of non-disclosure of assets.

The lady gaga from Malacañang is also not willing to disclose her SALn in public claiming reason of privacy.

Aquino’s version of justice is double standard and only applies to his political foes.

Allies of Pnoy, 89 of them, have pending graft and corruption charges before the Ombudsman and ironically, many of them failed to disclose their SALn.

The claim for transparency and accountability only applies to Pnoy’s perceived enemies, making the famous line Tuwid Na Daaan the biggest joke ever.

The famous bungled manila hostage taking incident shamed us Pinoys in the eyes of the world.

Officials responsible for the aforesaid incident only received a tap on the wrist in spite of recommendations to file criminal charges against them.

Senator Ping Lacson allegedly used fake passport to evade authorities.

However, this admin ignored it.

Ronald Llamas became famous on his favorite gun like that of Bin Laden’s.

Virginia Torress and members of the KKK group are virtually untouchable under this admin.

Few days back, the two favorite justices, Carpio and Ma. Lourdes Sereno were praised by the palace for disclosing their SALn.

However, what was produced by the two were merely “summary” of their SALn.

This happed while palace mouthpieces appeared on TV. like eager beavers challenging Corona to produce his SALn, a document badly needed by house prosecution.

Following this announcement from the palace, it has been reported that Carpio owned a penthouse in Makati with estimated cost of P40-M according to Ind. Real Estate Brokers.

This is much higher than Corona’s 14m condo.

To top it all, Justice Sereno, has wealth that is mind boggling and yet palace refuses to investigate.

This is in spite of admin’s claim for transparency and reform in the judiciary.

Sereno served as counsel for the government in the NAIA 3 case.

According to a report, Sereno could have failed to report her P2.65 billion share in attorney’s fees that her team charged the govertment.

Clearly, it contradicts Sereno’s declared P17.9million asset (SALn).

Tupas Jr. also failed to disclose his SALn.

According to PCIJ, their request letter for the release of SALn was denied.

This belied the statement of the prosecutors that the SALn is open for public scrutiny.

If Aquino succeeded to dethrone Corona, expect that he will appoint one of his favorite justices in SC so he can finally reverse the high court ruling in the case of Hacienda Luisita case.

And soon we will be having these situations: Prostituted congress will give in to Pnoy’s wishes as the executive branch has the power of purse; we will have a SC held hostage by the boy from Malacañang and people and enemies of this admin couldn’t turn to SC and cry for help.

This admin has this propensity to lie.

They lied about not having anything to do with the impeachments while their actions quickly belied this claim.

Palace mouthpieces like Edwin Lacierda are the most vocal in challenging Corona to produce his SALn.

Where is the separation of powers there?

This man even use the term “we” when pertaining to the house prosecution.

Truly, a prostituted congress. Is that correct Congs. Mandanas and Tiangco?
